Before you can register for labs, you’ll need to create an account for our scheduling platform. Please follow the provided link, which was emailed to the address on file for your ticket.
You can either hover over or click on any lab/session to see more information, including a description, location (if available), and lab leader information. To register for a lab, click “Add to My Sched.”
You may only register for one lab/session per time slot. To change labs, select the lab for which you are currently registered and click “Remove from My Sched”. You may now add a new lab to your schedule.
Because of facility restrictions, some labs will fill to capacity. In the event that a lab should fill, preference will be given to individuals who have pre-registered. If you are waitlisted for a lab, we recommend that you make another choice for that time slot. We cannot guarantee anyone admission to a waitlisted lab.
To view your schedule, hover over your avatar (either a photo that you uploaded or a circle with your initials—located in the top right hand corner) and select “My Sched” from the drop down menu.
Here you can view, print, or even email your day’s schedule.
We do our best to open lab pre-registration 30 days before the event. When pre-registration becomes available, all email addresses associated with purchased tickets will be notified with more information.
Yes, that is one of the great benefits of our scheduling platform! Please save and note your log-in information. On the day of the event, you may use the mobile site as a virtual schedule. This will provide you with a list the labs and sessions that you have pre-registered for them.
If you do not have a smart phone, please print your schedule or write down your schedule for the day. Our staff will not be able to access your schedule for you on the day of the event.
